Terms of Use

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Welcome to h1b.report (“the Site,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

h1b.report provides analytics and search tools built from public U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) Labor Condition Application (LCA) disclosures. The Site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the DOL, USCIS, or any government agency.

2. Informational use only

All content is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, immigration, financial, tax, employment, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Always consult a qualified professional and official government sources before making decisions.

3. No warranty on accuracy

The underlying data comes from third-party government releases and is normalized and interpreted by us. We work to keep it accurate and current but do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or up to date. An LCA is not a visa, and a certified LCA is not an approved worker; see our Methodology for important limitations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to violate any law; to disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; or to misrepresent the data in a misleading or defamatory way. Automated bulk scraping that degrades service is not permitted; for data access, see our licensing note below.

5. Intellectual property & licensing

The underlying DOL records are U.S. government public records. Our derived data (canonical employer mappings, occupation classifications, and roll-ups) is released under CC0 1.0; you may reuse it, though a link back is appreciated. Site design, branding, and written articles remain the property of their respective owners and may not be republished wholesale without permission.

6. Third-party links & advertising

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may display advertising served by third parties (including Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third-party sites or advertisers. Your interactions with them are solely between you and that third party.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, h1b.report and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its data.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
